Most persons at some time in their lives have considered starting a
business. This can be very complex, difficult and frustrating if the
proper preparations and foundation have not been made and set.
This book provides a framework within which to begin organising ones
thoughts and resources towards successfully establishing a business. The

illustrate to the reader the most important aspects of and functions
involved in managing a business. It outlines the major areas that a
